The AT&T FirstNet ad campaign Aubrey shot in December was repurposed into a national commercial for March Madness! Catch Aubrey on a TV near you - on cable or digital streaming! You can also see photos from the shoot featured on the FirstNet website, socials, and even printed in AT&T stores nationwide. Aubrey had the best time on this job and is eager for more commercial work in the future.

THE LAST ACTING STUDIO

Aubrey is taking classes with Desean K. Terry at The Last Acting Studio (LAS). She has quickly learned so much from Desean and her fellow classmates. Aubrey spent two days on set shooting a new print campaign for AT&T’s FirstNet service. FirstNet provides service to First Responders, so Aubrey was surrounded by some incredible Firefighters, EMTs, Doctors, and Police Officers. She so enjoyed working with photographer Matthieu Young, being on set with her childhood friend Niki Lohr, and even enjoyed spending many hours in a neck brace! ROBIN HOOD ANNUAL BENEFIT GALA

Aubrey worked on the Talent Stage Management team once again for the Robin Hood Annual Benefit Gala at the Javits Center, this time managing over 50 roller skating performers! She was thrilled to be back on site with Sarah O’Gleby, Lindsay Block, Jodi Lynn Kiefer, Natalie Malotke, David Stark, Ryan Park, and Chris Luner. The evening featured performances by Mumford & Sons, Post Malone and Nate Bargatze, and raised over $68.5 million to fund pathways out of poverty in New York City.

THE CREATOR PASSPORT

Aubrey is part of the first cohort of The Creators Passport, an online training program and community for creators! The program is led by Stephen Jiroch and Giselle Langley, of The Lovers Passport, a widely successful travel and photography brand. TISCH WALSH WEDDING

Aubrey reunited with the Gloshaus team (Sarah O’Gleby, Lindsay Block) and worked as a Talent Stage Manager for a surprise dance performance at the Tisch Walsh Wedding at Park Avenue Armory. The couple’s first dance burst into a full production with 30 ballroom dancers! It was wonderful, as always, to work with Sarah, Lindsay, David Stark, Ryan Park, Chris Luner and Willie Porter on this special event.

SISTERS ON THE GROUND AT ATLANTIC

Aubrey was honored to attended a production of Max Posner’s Sisters on the Ground at The Atlantic Studio at New York University, directed by Lauren Zeftel. This was the first time Aubrey experienced the play as an audience member after originating the role of Beth in the original 2015 production. Aubrey attended the show with Max, original castmate Gabriel Elizabeth Kadian, and Sarah DeLappe. She was very moved by the show and honored to meet and share stories with the cast.

Kelly Letourneau turned 30 and celebrated with a one-woman cabaret showcasing her immense talent! Aubrey was honored to be the Stage Manager for the event and have an excuse to spend time with the creative team of Kelly, Chris Luner and Rob Milano.

Aubrey worked as a Stage Manager for Lincoln Center’s Search for Spring, an epic choral piece composed and conducted by Jonathan Dove. The piece involved over 800 non-professional singers from all five boroughs of New York City and was performed for the public in Lincoln Center's outdoor plaza with choreography! Aubrey had the best time working on this unique large-scale event with Peter Chang, Anne Tanaka, Colin Britt and many more.

PUPPET CYCLE - REMOUNT

Aubrey reunited with the Puppet Cycle team for a remount production at Rowan University in New Jersey as part of their Earth Day celebrations. It was so fun to introduce the show to new viewers. Stay tuned for performances near you in the future!

Aubrey worked as a Production Assistant for the short film Tina. Aubrey loved working with Director Laura Sweeney, who she first met at a Film Festival in Austin, as well as with Producer and frequent collaborator Chris Luner.

SXSW FILM FESTIVAL

Aubrey felt inspired after attending the SXSW Film Festival! Highlights included talks with the cast and creators of Daisy Jones & the Six, actors William Shatner and Eva Longoria, and athlete Bijan Robinson. Her favorite screenings included Jake Johnson’s Self Reliance starring himself and Anna Kendrick, Kristian Mercado Figueroa’s If You Were the Last starring Zoe Chao and Anthony Mackie, and Adele Lim’s Joy Ride starring Ashley Park and Stephanie Hsu. The best part of the week was a private tour of Robert Rodriguez’s Troublemaker Studios!

OUR COUNTRY

Aubrey worked as Producing Associate for Octopus Theatricals’ production of Our Country, created by Annie Saunders and Becca Wolff. The show was first workshopped at the Brown Arts Institute in Providence, RI and then showcased as part of The Public Theater’s Under the Radar festival in NYC. The show stars Annie and Jesse Saler, and features themes of Antigone, the Wild West and sibling relationships.

LUMPED TOGETHER

Aubrey was so happy to be back on set as the Assistant Director (1st AD) for a short film written by and starring Jessica Toltzis entitled Lumped Together. The comedy follows a Couples Therapist who uses her patients’ issues as an excuse to move in with them and out of her mother’s house. The shoot took place over two days in Los Angeles, and the team included many previous collaborators including Sophie Miller, Chris Luner, Joey Sperber, and Max Lopez.

PUPPET CYCLE

Aubrey worked with Octopus Theatricals and Phantom Limb Company as the Producing Associate and Stage Manager for Puppet Cycle. The team designed, engineered and built a marionette puppet stage on a bicycle! Commissioned by Arts Brookfield, the show travelled to public spaces in NYC for pop-up shows featuring direction by Jessica Grindstaff, scripts by Jen Silverman and Dipika Guha, puppets by Erik Sanko, hilarious interludes by Matt Dallal and costumes by Henrik Vibskov. Aubrey worked for Octopus Theatricals as Line Producer and Assistant Stage Manager for their installation of Theatre for One at Signature Theatre. T41 is a unique theatrical experience built for one audience member at a time and a surprise performance waiting inside the booth. This iteration featured plays written by Samuel D. Hunter, Lynn Nottage, José Rivera, David Henry Hwang, Regina Taylor, and DeLanna Studi and directed by Tiffany Nichole Green, SRDA, and Rudy Ramirez. Aubrey worked as the Front of House Manager, House Manager, Captain, and Audience Services Rep during her time at Signature Theater. She was honored to play a part in many wonderful productions and meet incredible people on stage, off stage and in the audiences! Highlights include Samuel D. They had so much fun exploring the town, connecting with locals, meeting fellow filmmakers, and celebrating the film. After first being an Official Selection of the 2021 Golden Gate International Film Festival, Ranch Water was then chosen as one of the Top 20 Films in the festival’s 5 year history from 2016-2021. These films were screened on demand as part of the Best of Fest Encore Series. The team was beyond honored to be included in this list and thrilled to win an Audience Award as well!

FIASCO THEATER COMPANY WORKSHOPS
Aubrey worked with Fiasco Theater Company as their Covid Compliance Officer for multiple workshops including Imogen Says Nothing as part of their “Without a Net” series, Diamond Alice and A Streetcar Named Desire as part of their “Some of Its Parts” series and a beautiful, filmed tribute to the life of Stephen Sondheim. Ranch Water is an Official Selection of Austin Film Festival! The film had screenings at the Galaxy Highland and State Theater on Congress with successful Q&A’s and a premiere party was thrown for the cast & crew, families, friends and donors. The film received amazing feedback by viewers, including a rave review by the founder of the festival, Barbara Morgan, who claimed the film was one of four to watch alongside Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch. RANCH WATER

Aubrey produced her first feature film, Ranch Water, alongside partners Chris Luner and Sophie Miller. Ranch Water was shot in only 15 days in Smithville, Texas with a small cast and crew. It follows the story of three sisters celebrating the last weekend on their family ranch with friends and features only women on screen. Aubrey also acted in the film, playing the role of the oldest sister, Jac. Aubrey is eternally grateful to this exceptional team for coming together during this difficult year to bring this story to life. Check out the website for more information!

As a long time fan of Fiasco Theater Company, Aubrey was thrilled to study with these artists as part of their inaugural Six-Week Shakespeare Conservatory Program. This post-grad intensive featured classes taught by Co-Artistic Directors of Fiasco – Ben Steinfeld, Jessie Austrian, and Noah Broady – as well as Zack Fine, Liz Hayes, Annie Piper, Navarra Novy Williams, and Kathryn Armour. Aubrey returned to New York City Center Encores! Off Center pre-production rehearsal room for this season’s production of Road Show directed by Will Davis. She loved working with Will, Sarah Cook, and Whitney G-Bowley on this Sondheim/Weidman piece and had the best time developing choreography / playing with beach balls, cigarettes, and toy houses! She sends her congrats to the full cast and crew on a spectacular run of the final product of this piece.

CIRCLE OF SHIT

Aubrey played the role of Joanna in a new dark, philosophic comedy about a group of sinners’ descent through The Inferno, entitled Circle of Shit. The play, written by Nathan Dennis and directed by Jenna Antoniades, was performed for one night only at Dixon Place. Aubrey enjoyed working with her fellow cast mates on this challenging script and loved sharing the shit-covered world with an audience.

ANAHID

Aubrey had the honor of helping out her friend Gabriel Elizabeth Kadian in a first draft reading of her new musical, Anahid. After hearing about the writing process of this piece for many years, Aubrey was excited to participate in this reading and allow Gabriel to hear the words come to life for the first time. The cast had a blast working through the script together and giving feedback and can’t wait to see how the show grows in the future! Keep an eye out for this one!

Max Posner’s play, Sisters on the Ground, is officially published through Dramatists Play Service, Inc! Aubrey could not be happier to have helped bring this beautiful script to life as the role of Beth in the original cast. She and her fellow sisters helped celebrate Max by performing a few of the play’s haunting songs at a publication party hosted by Dramatists at the Drama Book Shop. THE ART OF THE FAIRYTALE ENDING

Aubrey was delighted to work alongside a group of incredibly talented high school film students from her hometown of Austin, Texas on a short film entitled The Art of the Fairytale Ending as part of the All American High School Film Invitational & Festival in NYC. These students directed, filmed, and edited their original piece in less than a week, and Aubrey had the best time watching them learn and grow on set.

CATCH AS CATCH CAN

Aubrey had the pleasure of working with Page 73 on a workshop for their upcoming production of Catch As Catch Can at the New Ohio Theatre. The new play, written by Mia Chung, is a story of six characters played by only three actors. Aubrey had a blast working with director Ken Rus Schmoll, producer Michael Walkup, Mia, and the other actors on the intricacies of staging this complex script, and she can’t wait to see the final piece come together in October!

GONE MISSING

Aubrey had the pleasure of working with director Ken Rus Schmoll again in a workshop of Gone Missing at New York City Center’s Encores! Off-Center. This production, originally created by The Civilians in 2003, honors the work of its composer and Off-Center Artistic Director, the late Michael Friedman. Aubrey had a wonderful time working with the pre-production cast of actors and dancers, as well as with the production team and artistic directors Jeanine Tesori and Anne Kaufman. She is looking forward to seeing the full production in July!

ELEMENTARY SPACETIME SHOW

Aubrey played the role of Robot in musical Elementary Spacetime Show, written by César Alvarez and directed by Andrew Neisler. This production was performed at Playwrights Downtown and comes after a successful concert reading at The Public last April.

THE RADIOACTIVE BOY SCOUT

Aubrey played the role of Heather, a teenage chemistry wiz, in a reading of selected scenes from a new screenplay entitled The Radioactive Boy Scout written and directed by Eric D. Cohen and produced by OBB Pictures. The script was selected for NYU’s Black List inspired Purple List, a curation of the best yet-to-be-produced scripts from NYU Graduate Film alumni, and was performed for film industry professionals in April. Aubrey can’t wait to see where this story goes!

SXSW FILM FESTIVAL

Aubrey attended the SXSW Film Festival in her hometown of Austin, Texas. Highlights included talks by director Darren Aronofsky, the cast and creators of This is Us, and actor Ethan Hawke. Her favorite screenings included John Krasinksi’s A Quiet Place starring Emily Blunt, Kay Cannon's Blockers starring John Cena and Leslie Mann, and Brett Haley’s Hearts Beat Loud, starring Nick Offerman. Aubrey was also happy to support and celebrate with her fellow NYU Alums Camila Mendes and Bubba Weiler on their film premieres of The New Romantic and The Ranger !

THE LAST GOODBYE

Aubrey was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Director Alex Timbers and Music Director Kris Kukul on this rock ‘n roll musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. This show, written by Michael Kimmel with music by Jeff Buckley, first premiered at The Old Globe in 2013. Aubrey loved seeing how the show transformed over the week!

MISS YOU LIKE HELL

Aubrey participated in a movement-based workshop for The Public’s upcoming production of a new musical entitled Miss You Like Hell written by Quiara Alegría Hudes and Erin McKeown. The workshop was lead by director Lear deBessonet and choreographer Danny Mefford. Aubrey enjoyed being in a room full of so many talented artists!

UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE (UCB)

Aubrey took a leap out of her comfort zone and worked on her improv skills at the Upright Citizens Brigade Training Center founded by Matt Besser, Amy Poehler, Ian Roberts, and Matt Walsh. She spent three months learning and practicing long form improv with Chelsea Clarke and attended multiple comedy shows at the various UCB Theaters around the city. Aubrey is happy to have worked on a new skill set and to be a part of the UCB community.

OEDIPUS ON THE BEACH - CAST ALBUM

The cast album for Nikolai Mishler’s Oedipus on the Beach is now live and available for streaming and purchase! TWELFTH NIGHT OR WHAT YOU WILL

Aubrey played Viola in a production of Twelfth Night Or What You Will at The Brick summer “Shakespeare in the Theater” festival. Both the play and the character have always been some of Aubrey’s favorites in the Shakespeare cannon, and she was happy to return to The Brick festival for a second year. Twelfth Night was directed by Nikolai Mishler and featured many recent graduates of the NYU Tisch Acting program.

AUSTIN SPORTS MEDICINE - COMMERCIAL

Aubrey participated in a dance/movement workshop of Clare Barron‘s new play Dance Nation. The workshop was directed by Lee Sunday Evans and was in preparation for the premiere production of the play at Playwrights Horizons in April of 2018. Aubrey had a blast dancing with Lee and Clare!

THE RECKONING

The Reckoning is the second psychological thriller short Aubrey has worked on with writer/director Ishan Seth. She was thrilled to reunite with many of the same production and cast members from the Incognita shoot back in 2015. Aubrey played the role of Mara and had her hands tied to a gun for most of the film!

SISTERS ON THE GROUND - REMOUNT

Max Posner‘s new play, Sisters on the Ground, was remounted at Playwrights Downtown! Aubrey was thrilled to get back to work on one of her favorite projects and reunite with the cast who developed and premiered the show in December of 2015. The show, which tells the story of six young sisters living in the 1800’s and coming to terms with their oldest sister’s death, features a stage full of dirt and a handful of hauntingly beautiful songs. The remount was directed by Ken Rus Schmoll and designed by Jessica Pabst, Eric Southern and Frank J. Oliva.

HARVEY'S LAST NIGHT ON THE AVENUE

Aubrey played the role of Christine in a new short film by Jack Kyser and Mike Wesolowski entitled Harvey’s Last Night on the Avenue. She enjoyed working with many NYU Tisch alumni and with fellow Austin High Red Dragon Player, Jack Kyser, again!

Aubrey participated in a workshop of a new play by Sarah Einspanier entitled Nature Whatever, directed by Morgan Green. She loved working alongside these super cool ladies and is excited to check out the full production in June at 3LD with the New Georges Water Residency.

OEDIPUS ON THE BEACH

The cast of Oedipus on the Beach, a new modern, musical adaptation of Sophocles’ Oedipus Triology written and composed by Nikolai Mishler, recorded a cast album at The Creamery Studios in Greenpoint! Aubrey played rhythm guitar on the album, sang backups with a large chorus, and sang lead vocals on one song as the role of Antigone.

Aubrey participated in a staging workshop for a new play by Milo Cramer entitled Cute Activist. This workshop was directed by Morgan Green and produced by Clubbed Thumb.

Aubrey played the role of Sylvia in a workshop of a new play by Jen Silverman entitled Hippos of the Eastern Enclosure. This workshop was directed by Christina Roussos and was part of Clubbed Thumb’s Directing Fellowship led by Anne Kauffman and Ken Rus Schmoll.

Aubrey participated in a staging workshop of a new play by MJ Kaufman entitled Sagittarius Ponderosa directed by Ken Rus Schmoll. The National Asian American Theatre Company
presented the full production at 3-Legged Dog in November.

SISTERS ON THE GROUND

The incredible cast of Sisters on the Ground, a new play by Max Posner which originally premiered in December 2015, rehearsed with director Ken Rus Schmoll and performed a staged reading of the play at NYU Tisch School of the Arts for an invited audience.

THE EARTH IS FLAT

Aubrey joined a phenomenal cast of actors at United Talent Agency for a reading of a beautiful new play by Todd Almond entitled The Earth is Flat. This reading was directed by Ken Rus Schmoll.

THE TEMPEST

Aubrey had the pleasure of playing Ferdinand, Stephano, and Antonio in a production of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest at The Brick Theatre as part of their summer “Shakespeare in the Theatre” festival. This production was directed by Ilana Khanin and featured a bouncy house water slide and a variety of “Tempest” themed dances.

NYU GRADUATION

Aubrey graduated Cum Laude from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Studies. The graduation ceremonies were held at Yankee Stadium and Radio City Musical Hall where she celebrated with family and friends. During her time at NYU, Aubrey trained at Playwrights Horizons Theatre School, The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London (RADA), and Stonestreet Film Studio and Conservatory.
